1. Product Overview
GG-1A (F) fixed high-voltage switchgear is a modified product of GG-1A high-voltage switchgear, with "five prevention" function; High-voltage switchgear is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 3.6~12kV single bus bar and single bus bypass network system, as a purpose of receiving and distributing electric energy. The main switch in the high-voltage switchgear is a vacuum circuit breaker, and the high-voltage policy switchgear complies with GB3906-1991 standard. GG-1A (F) fixed high-voltage switchgear cabinet has a spacious cabinet, large internal space, reasonable clearance, safety, convenient installation, maintenance, reliable operation, etc., and a complete main circuit scheme, which can meet the needs of various power supply and distribution systems.
2. Product use
It is mainly used for receiving and distributing electric energy, and controlling, protecting and detecting circuits.
3. Environmental conditions of product use
(1) Ambient air temperature upper limit: +40°C, lower limit: -10°C.
(2) Altitude: 1000m.
(3) The average indoor relative humidity does not exceed 90%.
(4) There is no conductive dust and gas place sufficient to corrode and destroy the insulation.
(5) There is no place near explosives where it is dangerous.
(6) There are no places with severe vibration and bumps and vertical inclination not exceeding 5°.
GG1A high-voltage switchgear is a fixed high-voltage switchgear with anti-error device, suitable for AC 50HZ, rated voltage 3.6.10KV, rated current up to 1000A, rated breaking current up to 31.5KA single busbar system as a complete set of indoor power distribution high-voltage equipment for receiving or distributing electric energy.
The basic structure of switchgear is welded from 50*50*5 equal angle steel, and other panels, doors, partitions and side panels are made of thin steel plates. GG-1A (F) series switchgear is based on the original GG-1A high-voltage switchgear with "five-proof" blocking device and perfect grounding system to meet the "five-proof" requirements:
1. Prevent live closing and disconnector switching;
2. Prevent accidental entry into the live partition;
3. Prevent mis-splitting and close circuit breaker;
4. Prevent live hanging grounding wire;
5. Prevent disconnector with ground wire.
